Rosealee Bartholomew, Director (B Comm)

Rosealee founded Elite Pathways in 2016 and has specialised in accounting recruitment since 2009. She trained with a global recruitment firm, building strong expertise in the sector.

Prior to recruitment, Rosealee worked as an SMSF Accountant and Paraplanner, giving her firsthand industry insight.

Before her career, she represented Australia as an elite track cyclist for 10 years, achieving national and international success.

Rosealee brings drive, focus, and commitment to delivering strong outcomes for both clients and candidates.
